Other technique I've used to add a little factory looking texture is kind of strange but when I have almost empty high heat spray paint cans I save them for the finish coat because they start to spatter as they get close to running out.

It was sprayed on wire wheeled end caps. Im still trying to figure out the best way to reproduce the factory texture.

This is one of my restorations! One that took more time than i planned. Personally im not a fan of the glass doors or the grey fake wood but this one turned out ok!

This is what I used to service and polish my NG valves. Gumout brake and parts cleaner/degreaser. To clean inside the valves and then grease with high temp rated grease.

Yes, sand would warp the snot out of this little stuff.
The finish is so darn smooth.

My guy normally charges $3.00 a minute but when you tip good and are on the same page as him, then it's not 3 bucks a minute
