Help identifying and finding small plastic part

I am hoping some of you more experienced with finding obscure parts can help me with this one for my VIeluxe project:

These are plastic inserts that go into the control panel to provide you with something to then screw down the bezels. Being over 20 years old and the grill being exposed in the elements for most that time, the originals are all brittle, and many broke when I tried to gently remove them to allow for cleaning and eventually repainting the control panel. As you can see, the top part is 3/8" or about 1mm in size:

Anyone have a good name to use to search for these or even better yet a link or place to look?

Looks like a nylon screw grommet. Mostly found in automotive

not sure if this is the size

Thanks, DanHoo!

I would say that is as close as I am likely to find(y). I needed 20, so I am good with this package. Maybe I can help others out with some. I think the "sidewinder" Genesis 300 used these as well.

FYI:
The ones that hold the older Genesis control panels have a higher stance and larger diameter opening for the thicker screws that hold the panel down.
