Just picked up the 18" WSM. Have tried out a few racks of ribs so far and im hooked. While researching other cuts of meat and rubs etc I stumbled upon this site and have already found a ton of useful information. I look forward to using and learning more about my WSM

Found a hidden local gem of a butcher around the area? I have been using costco purely for cost reasons but am going to look into what cuts the Wine'ing Butcher sells (they have some good steak tips) but havent been since I procured the WSM.
