Just thought I'll say hi. I've been trawling this forum for a while now and ordered a smoker mountain last week . Had a call from the shop I was buying it from yesturday to tell me it was damaged in transet so will have to wail another 2 weeks for a replacement to arrive.

Welcome friend. I look forward to your first cook. High heat chicken is a good choice so it will splatter the insides so you'll get some build up which helps control temps later on.
