Greeting all from NW Florida. Just received my first WSM (22.5") as a birthday present this past weekend from my AWESOME girlfriend! Already ran through some test fires and yesterday did my first cook of one 8# butt, one 5# whole roaster, and three Cornish hens. Turned out great!
Looking forward to learning more of the ins-and-outs of the WSM from the forum!
