I stumbled onto this site looking to build a mini WSM. I got so much great information from this site. I find myself checking this site for all my grilling and smoking questions. I really like how you can get quick answers from people that have run into the same issues. I grill and smoke on my 2 22.5 kettles and I have a master built electric smoker. I can't wait for my mini WSM is complete so I can get better smoking results. Look forward to many great low and slow meals!
