Hello from Southeast Missouri

JoeMap here. Been lurking since last year around Father's Day when I (my family) got me a 22.5 Weber kettle. I'd been using cheap gassers only for well over 15 years.

Now, with the kettle, internet and this forum, I've been smoking and grilling ever since. Made some of the best pulled pork I've ever had and a killer smoked meatloaf from the former Man Cave Meals website. Friends at work offer to pay me to make them!

Looking forward to participating and learning more from everyone here.
