Hi everyone! I finally live somewhere with a backyard so the first thing I bought was a Weber Genesis S310. I'm also looking into buying a smoker but I'm still waiting for a good deal on Craigslist. I'm really really want to learn how to smoke meats, especially since I saw at Costco yesterday whole prime brisket was $2.60 a pound!
