Hello everyone, Nathan here from Nova Scotia, Canada. I grew up using LP gas BBQs, and over the years I choose the WeberQ 220 as my goto grill. However, I have recently purchased a Weber Performer Platnium and all I can say is WOW! The cooking methods, flavor, smoke and fuel types are all great experiences and an adventure each time. Looking forward to growing my charcoal grilling knowledge.
