My name is Matt and I am new to this forum as well as the world of barbecue. I bought myself an 18" Smokey Mountain a few months ago and the results have been amazing. Have gotten some great compliments on the end product.
Thanks for the replies! It certainly makes a person feel good about knowing this forum will be a great place to find opinions and help if needed. I will post pics when I can get some meats back on the rack. It was real feel of almost -40 degrees here today at one point so it may be a few weeks until I decide to cook outside again. I'm glad to be part of the Weber team and looking forward to doing some cyber barbecue with you all!!
