My name is Gary Kaiser and I am from Milwaukee WI. Recently got a a WSM 18.5" as a wedding present (talk about having great friends) and will be firing it up soon. I have gotten great advice from reading the posts on this site and I look forward to learning more in the future.

Shawn, good luck with your wedding and team. What a great NFL season kickoff game that's going to be! As a Packer fan, to be the best we have to beat the best. Should be a barn burner.

Jim, I live about a mile west of the airport just off 27th and Grange.

Had my inaugural smoke yesterday. Did baby backs using the 3-2-1 method. Could have been better but the wife was happy them. I have a lot of learning to do so on to the next one...
