Hi Folks
I live in Melbourne, Australia and have been low and slow cooking for about three years. I started using a Weber kettle grill about two years ago and recently got myself a Smokey Mountain which I am enjoying familiarising myself with a lot. I've visited the USA twice in the last few years, last year I did a roadtrip from LA to Amarillo, then flew to Memphis (for Memphis In May which was a great experience) before heading to Nashville, Kansas City, Austin and San Antonio. I have a 'blog' where I post photos of my cooks, more as a reminder for myself than looking for a tribe of followers: anotherhungryboy.com. I look forward to learning lots more about low 'n slow through TVWBB!
