Welcome Greg! I hope you enjoy the learning curve on your new WSM - I certainly did when I first got mine. Oh, one more thing: I'm not sure if the other TVWBB members emphasized this, but we love pictures - i.e. raw meat, seasoned meat, start of the cook, middle of the cook, end of the cook, plated shots, etc.
I did a beer can chicken and some come and experimented with some vegetables. Turned out great. I have a Boston Butt on today. This is my first attempt at BBQ.
