Just recently purchased a Weber smokey mountain 18.5 after having 2 Brinkmann cheapos. First cook on the wsm provided 2 whole chickens. Very tasty. Could never get edible food from the Brinkmann.

I put way too much water in the pan and had to add coals. But weather was sleeting vents wide open. 28 degrees. I am super impressed. Little leakage from the door at times. But meh.. looking to do a ham next.
