I enjoy beer can chicken. Yours looks delicious.

We used to duel it out, two performers, your seasoning and let’s get it on. I use the inverted Vortex method that nobody seems to use I really works great.

^^^^^ This is true, I had a stand that held the can in place and there was no tip overs possible. ^^^^^
I used it once and then gave it away.........
It sure is fun to do but I believe there is no benefits to the beer in the can up the butt.
Shame you gave it away @Darryl - swazies . Using the stand without a can is a great way to cook a chicken. I have one that catches the drippings to make gravy with.

Maybe it's bad on me..........flat chicken and spinning chicken really do it for me.
I truss the chicken with it's legs stretched out, kind of like it is in a jumping action.......I posted on here a while back on what I did....more even cook.
