It's that time of year & fresh Hatch New Mexico Chilis are in the stores again.
Picked up some "hot" to make chili verde burritos.
Got the rotisserie set up on the Genny. Loaded 2 pounds of the chilis into the roaster.
12 minutes later.
Skinned, stemmed, & chopped the chilis. Cubed 1 1/2 pounds of pork butt.
Got the other ingredients together (that's a tbs of Mex oregano & a tbs of sugar in the little bowl).
Browned & salted the pork.
Pool Party... All Swim!
Let everything relax in the hot tub for half an hour.
Time To Eat!
Yum. This stuff is nuclear!!!
