I think it is still a good deal. I don't believe you will see the $9.99 special ever again. It may just be a new paint job, but my first impression is that this $16.99 model may be a notch above the one HF used to dump for the ten bucks.

For that price you can go through almost three of them for the price of a brand-name entry level grinder. Seems like the right thing for occasional grill work. If I used one every day, I would want a much better one.

Actually, that is the first sale flyer I have seen for quite a while that had some really good discounts. I notice that HF is getting back to coupons and free items a bit as well.
