My 3 son's came over yesterday and w/ they made 2 racks of loin back ribs and 2 spares.
Wife's got the griddle going today for a brunch. Steaks on the menu for tonight or tomorrow ( my B-day )

Yes, Happy Father’s Day guys! My son and his wife are coming over and her Dad too. I’ve got a rack of big beef ribs going on the WSK and made sausage and peppers for sandwiches. Will be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs as well.

It was! Beef ribs were a big hit, my wife made a nice antipasto and all the side salads. Everyone just left, time for a cocktail!

Father's Day was yesterday here. Both daughter's oldest and her husband, and youngest, her 3 kids and SO. The SO's oldest daughter (12 or 13), of course my 2 little baby girls were the holy little terrors as always. Place was a freaking madhouse. Yet somehow I put out an outstanding tri tip and the best pork shoulder I've made to date. Everything but one little leftover pkg of pork (enough for a couple lunches), gone.
But loved it anyway

Perfect day for me worked in the yard till about 1 pm had the grandaughter for a sleepover so her dad could play golf getting her used to the pool spent a few hours and then the US OPEN I get maybe not a lot of golf fans but I love the majors and this was one of the bet US Opens I have ever seen congrats Bryce.

Finished the day at IPPS in Woodstock mushroom pizza for me and the wife loves the eggplant rollatini which is to be honest being Italian and coming from Boston that dish is as good as anything I have had in the North End.
