the usual suspects here, Wagyu skirt and some lamb chops from Costco. A little avocado oil and a combo of Oakridge SPOGOS and Carne Crosta.

I took a picture of the pellets before and after. 500 cooked the lamb and beef separate.

You killed it, looks amazing. What grates are those? Not liking the grates that came with the SF. Good series against Philly, Saturday was a little hard to watch, but Friday & Sunday were pretty enjoyable

The grates are Weber, they just came out for the SmokeFire, they aren’t cheap but they are perfect for hot and fast!
