Aw Shucks, this was simple, look at the Labor Day thread, appetizers were mettwurst with peppers and fig jam, Texas Twinkies, jalapeño bacon tater tot’s, shotgun shells.
The proteins, brisket, pork butts and salmon.
The sides, macaroni salad, pasta salad, Beans, Potatoes Romanoff, Mac and cheese.
Prepared for forty, maybe 25 showed up. That was a long day! Sunday was brisket hash and scrambled eggs for ten, spur of the moment! Good thing I made the hash the night before!
