Thanks everyone! Had a quiet BD yesterday Cooked up a new steak recipe in the CI with a new marinade, really good. Nice big baker for the side.
For those that know me and my non tolerance to cold will be glad to know the old man got out and installed my new PID controller for my Camp Chef. The fact that it was 83 out had no bearing on my decision. Watched a couple of CC videos on how to install it, just plug in the new one using the color-coded wires matching it with new one and your done. Yea Right!
The fact that none of the new wires had the same colors as the old ones really made it fun. Plus the man eating spider that crawled down to say hello. After two hours of fighting it I got it figured out and it works great.
Ribs will be the test cook.
