Hankering for ribs....and some smoked corn.

Took out two racks of ribs from the freezer on Friday for a laid back Sunday cook, while catching up on a few choirs around the house.......one of which will be to buy some camera batteries as it gave out toward the end so I only took two pic's, none cut up or plated......but as usual, some dang good ribs..................Did a 3 hour smoke, then a 1.5 hr. foiled, and ended with a 45 minute glaze. Ran the wsm between 250 and 275. Just did the corn the last 45 minutes to put a touch of smoke taste to them, however next time, I might add them up front for a full smoke blast or add some wood at the end.

Thanks guys. I've been trying to perfect the exact time to cook each stage of the 3-2-1 method. I want just before fall off the bone, but still able to cut them up without falling apart. I think this time I was right there as they sliced up nicely but still came off the bone with just a little tug, the way I like 'em. I do love ribs.................................d
