today's high temp....
some folks say it's too hot to grill outside.
I say, do you want to grill INSIDE?! hmmm... Get real.
fired up the 18" Avocado Kettle...
...to grill a Hanger steak or two.

showin' off my support of this fine Establishment...
beef on...
hickory sticks beneath for some smoke...
not on too long, then a short rest before slicing on the bias...
this dinner was served with angel hair pasta with crushed red pepper, olive oil, gaaaalic, basil & flat leaf parsley.
and if that wasn't enough, sautéed patty pan squash & roasted tomatoes with garden peppers were included.
This was most likely the finest meal Liz & I threw together... spur-of-the-moment kinda thing, ya know...?
