Hanger Steak Fajitas

Finally got to try the Hanger Steak!! Marinated in some store bought marinade for approx 24 hours. Seared on the grill and then indirect to finish.

Some peppers, onion and mushrooms cooked on the wok

The stuff inside,homemade chipotle sour cream, the veggies, hanger, and homemade hot sauce on whole wheat tortillas.

Wrapped and ready to eat!! My new favorite steak fajita meat, very distinct flavor but very good!!
