Outstanding looking fish tacos and pics!!! A guy at work last year had a good day of fishing for Halibut and gave me a few fillets. I made fish tacos with it too and they were some of the best I had!!

Beautiful scenery up there! Halibut fishing is kind of like pulling up a basketball back board. Unless you do it off of a kayak then that is a whole other experience. Looks like you all had an awesome time with some amazing looking Halibut tacos. I like the idea of keeping the fried fish on the grill while the rest is cooking. Next time I get some halibut I will have to give your method a shot.
