Guru or Stoker or ????

Good Afternoon

I have a 18.5 WSM.
I want to control temperature to 160n or lower for Smoke ring.
Would a Guru or Stoker be able to do this?

I am not sure if a guru or stoker could do this, I know the IQ110 could, its lowest amount if I remember is 175 however realizing the grate is usually 10-25 degrees off from the temp probe you could get it down to 160ish.

Not sure of what you are attempting to do, ie Smoke ring. If you could explain further, we might be able to better assist you.

I run a Stoker. Like most, if not all, ATC units, you can set the temperature and have it control the temperature to that set point.
BUT... You must first have a WSM that you are able to control manually within the temperature range selected.

I don't think having that low a temperature is in any way going to contribute to a better smoke ring if that's what you are geting at.
