Nice and hot Chuck I like it. I’ll get a couple bootys on this weekend to bring it back to the charcoal but for something completely different again…this past weekend…the Blackstone does a good round too.

My Griswold #8 ($5 garage sale purchase) is a frequent go-to for lots of stuff. Rounded out by my dad's 12" Lodge, and my own 12" Lodge that he got me for Xmas before he passed.
