Grilling with orange wood

When I purchased my orange wood a few months I didn't think how I was going to cut it for smoking. The smaller logs I cut with my jig saw but this logs were to big. Yesterday I burned them and grilled some good food.

My potato mix went on first. Potato, onion, and jalapeño. Seasoned with garlic salt and pepper and a little oil.

I knew as soon as I saw Orange wood in the title it was Tony dealin with it. As always, a unique twist on what has become a routine excellent cook in Cali.

How was the taste with the orange wood? I usually get a chord every year from a place in Yucaipa. Where did you pick up the wood? Food looks great!

Taste was mild.
I got the orange wood in riverside. There's an orchard on van buren and Victoria. $3.00 the bundle.
