well , not too cold at suppertime....

so I dragged the gas grill out of the garage....

sweetie brought home some nice top round....

and I flung it on the grill

after the turn

4 minutes on each side and......

and your plate.....
 
I couldn't wait to see this post Frank, after reading some of your comments earlier today about the snow. You are a trooper! Do the neighbors honk when they go by and see you out there? Seriously, that steak looks perfectly cooked and the plate looks great too!

Ha ha! My neighbors can't see me over the snow Banks! And the steak was so good ! Thanks for the kind words.
But it wasn't too cold. Just a lot of sloppy snow to trudge over.
if you notice in the pic below....that little patch of black in the snow....that is my weber OTG under wraps until some snow melts. For now I'm lucky to manage the gasser.:cool:

Way to man up Frank - you are obviously a guy who will go the extra mile to practice his craft. It is nice to bring a touch of summer to the dead of winter too. Great job on that steak!
