Grillin' on a HOT day, I should get my head examined...

on such an absolutely Beautiful day here, I thought i'd cook out...

...and Chill out with a cold brew from Coldville...

and because it's soo warm here, thought i'd add a little heat to dinner with some Sriracha burgers...

there's pepper jack cheese in there with cilantro and peppers with a healthy dose of that famous red hot sauce

also tossed on the grill a few mushrooms that'll be served up with some other veggies...

yep, those burgers are sizzlin' in that hot sun... doin' just fine, they are....

cut up a coupla avocados then tossed those grillside as well...

and here we have last night's dinner poolside...

sorry, no photos of the pool... but the burgers were refreshing

yea, just can't beat a good grilled burger basting in the warmth of the summer sun.
Now, if you'll excuse me, gotta turn down the AC... getting a bit too cool in here.

Hey Jim burgers look great...that heat wave should hit here in a couple hours. I better go out and get the condenser ready for the HVAC Unit. It was a cold brutal winter with a ton of snow...glad it's over. Hey Bud c'mon over for a Bourbon/Whisky I have plenty. I'll make it a Moscow Mule to cool us down

Nice burgers Jim but I'm callin horse pucky on the 98deg heat wave unless its in a hot tub at Cannon today. It's 46 and rain here north of Seattle.
