Hi Tim – I have been grilling Tilapia the same way for several years. I just basically gather whatever spices are available, in this case it was a combination of garlic & onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, pepper & old bay. Spray the Tilapia with Pam or brush on oil & sprinkle on the mixture. On to the GrillGrates (see link), I cannot believe how much these cost now as opposed to maybe 5-7 years ago, they do come with a special spatula that helps with this delicate item. Anyway, I grill them for 2 minutes turn 45 degrees for another 2 minutes, then flip & do the same, basically 8 minutes. I hope this helps, enjoy!Can you share your tilapia technique?
