grilled stuff

last Sunday, took the vinyl "winter walls" off the PV...

made a marinade of Maull's & Miller for BLSLCB (boneless-skinless-chicken-breast)

fresh aire flowing thru the 'vilion is real nice...

tossed on some skillet baked taters...

butt there was some served with everything else....

then yesterday, got stuff ready to grill up some burgers...

cilantro, jalapeno peppers, crushed chipotle tortillas, onion, cumin, and some salsa (of course, beef)
mixed it all up into small patties

that magazine belongs to Liz ;)

the beef and some cobs of maize were tossed on the grill

when the burgers looked cooked, they were topped with shredded/chunked cheeses

sliced tomatoes were also grilled

as were the rolls for the meat

guacamole was slapped atop the melted cheese atop the burgers atop the tomatoes on the rolls
guac also garnished the corn with a healthy dose of crushed red pepper

....then today, after work, my Friday, I relaxed with a friend of mine, Sir Hendrick of Gin.

soon after that, I got supper ready.
seasoned two nice Cowboys with a steak rub that works well even with tri tip

got the 22"OTG with the cast iron grates going, tossed on a quartered spud....

whole 'shrooms and a foiled sweet onion
when it was time, the wranglers joined in

Thats as good as it gets Jim! QUALITY! I could even go for a Maull's & Miller cocktail after a meal like that.
