Grilled Skirt steak and Veggie tarts

Grilled skirt steak marinated in evoo, jalapenos, cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic and cumin.
Veggie tart has zucchini, squash, onion, red pepper and garlic in it. Topped with Parmesan cheese and a garnish of cilantro.
Sauce was red pepper, tomato, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper, splash white wine vinegar all sauteed and run thru a food mill.

I also did another tart no squash or cheese for the picky other half..these could be grilled very carefully but I did in oven as was maiden voyage....
