Some bnls/sknls thighs marinated over nite with Evo, ranch dressing (powder) a packet of auj jus and peperrochinis juice and all.
On the Vortex with white oak.
Wild rice and mixed vegs.

I've done the Mississippi pot roast before but saw mention of using chicken.
I figured you just part out a whole chicken or use parts and dump it in a slow cooker and season , cook till you shred it and serve in a bun or over rice. pasta etc.
Found this doing a little search.
