Saturday's dinner was green chile burgers - diced Hatch New Mexico chiles mixed in to the patty w/ some garlic salt and black pepper that I grilled on my WSM.
Served up with the full condiments: lettuce, grilled onions, tomato, cheese on a fresh bun
I also tried some bacon wrapped tater tots that I did up in the oven.
