Grilled Chopped BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Store had boneless skinless breasts and thighs on sale. I picked up and grilled 3 lbs thighs and 4 lbs breasts. Used some for dinner tonight and use the rest for lunch/dinner this week.

Chicken Chopped and a little Coakley's BBQ sauce added.


Plated, sandwich dressed with coleslaw, a couple dashes of Tabasco, More Coakley's BBQ sauce. More slaw and a mix of Bush's baked beans and pinto beans for sides.
