Hello all, and first off a huge thanks for all the info you've put together here.

I'm with the USAF stationed over in the UK, and do love it here. The British pork is really good, same goes for lamb! Beef is good from a good butcher, but it's sometimes difficult to get the cut you're after as the verbiage is a bit different here.

For cooking, I have a Bradley electric, an 18" WSM, an 18" OTS, and a Genesis 330.

Hopefully I'll be able to eventually contribute to the wealth of knowledge on here. Maybe there's even some fellow smoke-aholics in the Norfolk area that I'll find through the forums here.

Welcome to the group. There's a few members from across the pond just follow the smell of BBQ and I'm sure you'll come across some.
