Hello All,
I would like to thank the moderators for accepting me to this forum and web site... I am currently traveling on the road and at Shipshewana, IN...
We are heading to the upper peninsula of Michigan... I do have my Baby 'Q' and WSM with me as I travel and I am planning on smoking, half of the 22 lb. Salmon I caught on Lake Ontario, this weekend...
Looking forward to learning, some different techniques that you may all have, and are willing to share... If anyone has a good brine, for the Salmon, they want to share, I am all eyes and ears... Also what do you find is the best wood to use in the WSM, for the Salmon???:):):)
