I received my 18" WSM about 3 years ago as a fathers day present from my wife and have been visiting the site almost every weekend since. Thanks to the contributors to this site, I have been designated by family and friends as the official BBQ'er for events. They think it is the best BBQ they have ever tasted. I don't think so but I will take the compliments. I want to thank everyone on the site for sharing their experience and ideas.

I will make an effort to start posting some pics of my cooks. I am off to prep my pork butt for an overnight cook! :wsm:

You live in a beautiful city. I go down there to eat @ Avilas mi ranchito on pch. It's 1 hour 20 min drive for me but it's worth it.
