Green Eggs and Ham

Felt like breakfast tonight, so I made one of my favorites, scrambled eggs in Salsa Verde and ham.

Ham steak on the grill


Cubed up about a 1/3 of the ham and sauteed some red onion


Added a couple of scrambled eggs to the pan and when they were almost set added some salsa verde sauce.


Everything warmed through and ready for a plate.


Warmed up a couple of corn tortillas


Plated. Added a little Mexican cheese blend and ready to dig in!!! Still have ham left so I know what for breakfast tomorrow!!
