Greek Kabobs On The Weber Gasser

We do these several times a year with the Greek Mix loaded on the Pita Bread.

John and Shaun, Here's the recipe for the kabobs and Greek salad.

I advise adding the feta to the plate instead of to the mix or it will get soggy.
