Grammy Award CSR's

We'll if you're like me and have two teenage daughters the Grammy Awards are a big deal. So while watching I grilled some CSR's and potatoes for dinner.

I was actually tickled watching along with the family as we hung on every performance and award. It was fun. So here we go.

Ribs dusted with simple home made rub. The beer is Spring Blond by New Belgium that with the temperature and wind was a mere fantasy.

A little apple wood and mini minion

Ribs on the grill

Swapped the back to the front and flipped after about an hour

Meanwhile peeled and sliced some Yukon golds and put them in the CI skillet with veg oil.

After a while

Sauced with Sweet Baby Rays for about 45 minutes

Obligatory bread shot...

Plated for a nice easy and tasty dinner
