Well, after putting my foot down about cooking bacon in the house with El Preggo and her sensitive nose/stomach...

We move outside!



I love doing the homefries like this. The potatoes are boiled then the skin is peeled while they are still hot. Then sliced up and seared with butter, oil and salt. It reminds me of my working in a diner days back in HS.

The bacon is from my stock that is running low



The secret to good scrambled eggs is add water not milk and cook on a low temp. Also don't over cook them. Leave them runny as they continue to cook on the plate



And done! Nothing fancy, just straight up diner style (missing toast!)

Yes, I love that dish! And thanks for that water only, low temp scrambled egg tip! They look nice and fluffy.
 
Perfect looking breakfast!!! I have yet to make breakfast at breakfast time on the grill. I have made frittatas and things like that before on the grill but always after a dinner cook and had them as leftovers for breakfast.
 
Awesome Chris!! Love grilled breakfast!!You gotta find some more stuff your wife won't let ya cook inside so you can grill up some more good stuff like that!!
