Hi all,

I have been reading BBQ forums since I have my new Q220 and it was time to introduce myself.
I had a charcoal weber kettle that my friends gave me when I moved to my new house. Recently, I have bought a new brand Q220 that I found so cheap. At the begining I wanted it just for testing, everyone said that it was so easy to start it and cook in some minutes... It's true.
I have cooked ribs, beef and this weekend I am going to try salmon and stalk of asparagus and mushrooms as side dish.
