more to come, having problems with tablet.
it was foggy when I started ( this is not my runaway smoker)

here is the roast on the smoker, went to 165 with kbb and apple chunks

here it is off the wsm on some frozen onions/peppers and mushrooms

Didnt have any guiness so went west coast coffee stout

the psb went into the oven ans some ABT'S hit the grill, the jalapenos are HUGE right now.

i dont have pics after the braising but I y
think using frozen onions/peppers contributed to more liquid. next time I will thaw the vegetables in a collander overnight.
here is an open faced pic of the psb on a bollilo roll and sharp cheddar

All in all it was great, the ABTs are better with large jalapenos. The Lagunitas coffee stout in my opinion is great for PSB and will be my go to stout from now on.
I only wish that the habs didnt get waxed 7-2 which generally would make anything taste bitter.
