Glad I spotted this post again. Barb and I gave up on tilapia because of the places they were raised and concerns for the quality. Bob's post looks like a good source for some quality fish, will have to give Regal Springs a try.

I've been buying the Kirkland frozen tilapia loins, they come in individually sealed bags.

At my stores; Foodmax and Winco, the Tilpia is from AZ, so I would think it would readily available to you Rich
