That’s a great recipe. I’d add some chili flakes for just a very small kick. Good choice, @Joan.How about this one?
Chinese Barbecued Wings
2 1/2 lbs. wings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup mirin or dry sherry
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. five spice powder
Marinate for 2 hours.
Looks good! I’ll give it a shot.Is this few enough?
Teriyaki Chicken Wings
2 1/2 lbs. wings
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. grated fresh gingerroot
Marinate 8 hours.
