Now that looks interesting! We own a couple of Shark and Ninja products and I've been impressed with the quality and engineering of their products. This one looks like a winner to me.

Eagerly waiting for the results! What's on the menu for the first cook?

I would expect no less from you sir! I know you will be fair in your assessment of the pros and cons and will be glad to see what you think!
At $400-$500 I'm very skeptical but for $200 I can be a little less so. But, darn as skeptical as I am about how those things work, there are just WAY too many influencers showing wonderful things on YouTube with them. Even up to whole brisket (which honestly I'd never try) but I MIGHT sacrifice a point or half a pork shoulder. We shall see.....................stay tuned as the saga "unfolds" :D

Looks like a fun little grill. You can get a brand new one for just under $200 at wallyworld

I only bring it up because you're like me, you like a good deal

Larry will get a rosy red smoke ring and say he doesn't know what I'm talking about :D
Honestly I've never been able to correlate getting a smoke ring with "flavor". I've had intensely good smoke flavor and seen no ring, and had modest to little flavor and had deep smoke ring. IDK any way to tell why. All I know is my nose and my taste bud tell me what is good. Ring or not. :D

Originally, I saw this as a dual purpose device, an indoor air fryer and an outdoor cooker. But then I thought that after I smoke in it, it might be too stinky to live indoors, and being electrical in nature, it can't live outdoors...so, where the heck do I put it when not in use? The garage, of course, but I have too much cr*p in the garage already.

EDIT: Or can it survive the elements outdoors? Is there a cover available?

IDK why it would not survive outside (with proper precautions). After all my Z Grill and Member's Mark both live outside. Of course I do cover them

You are right, it should be fine, being designed for a strictly outdoor environment. I was thinking it could be used indoors as well, but obviously not. "Outdoor Grill" is on every photo on the Ninja website.

Curious. Saw a small one at Costco. Unsure a shoulder would have fit. What are the inside dimensions? Height?
IDK exactly but this lady IIRC goes over all that. There are videos of people doing whole briskets in it. And honestly until I picked it up this afternoon, I was not prepared for how big and heavy it is. Depending how it works out I may decide to forego my Q320. I'd say it's about the dimensions of a Q2200. Maybe even a little bigger This lady IIRC measures it up
