I’m not much of a soccer fan but it feels like forever since I’ve watched a sporting event!
Wanted to take another run At Vietnamese chicken and since the US was playing Vietnam it seemed like a good occasion!
Started off with my favorite beer…which is whatever my first Friday beer ends up to be!
Did a full marinade and this time I got the vaunted fish sauce! Big difference maker!
Hot and fast to get a crisp then off to the side to finish!
Simple rice and some fresh cucumber and red onions to round it out.
