Dusted with Dizzy Pig Mole, on the pellet grill @ 375F for 35 minutes, 425F for 10. Perfecto!

I shared, and there are a few left over. The Mole seasoning worked out pretty well, though you could be in the same ballpark with any reasonable taco seasoning.
